GE Real Estate logo  "As one of the world's largest real estate companies, GE Real Estate recognises that while the built environment is one of the principal contributors to global carbon emissions, there is also significant potential for reductions. In London we are very pleased to have the opportunity to work on this issue with the Better Building Partnership and the Green 500. By bringing together forward thinking real estate companies and occupiers, the BBP provides a forum for addressing obstacles and finding solutions in a more efficient and open-book manner. In addition, we will share our experience and learning from our participation in this exciting collaboration with other parts of our property business, in the EU and abroad, in an effort to accelerate global carbon emissions reductions." - Ilaria del Beato - UK Managing Director

Grosvenor  "As one of the leading property companies in the UK, Grosvenor is commited to promoting sustainable forms of development and tackling the causes of climate change. The BBP developed by the LCCA brings together major private and public sector property owners in London, which together with major occupiers and other property organisations will significantly contribute towards London's target of a reduction from 1990 levels of CO2 emissions by 60% by 2025." - Allan Jones MBE - Chief Executive Officer
